My Event Listing Was Paused — What Happened?
What to do when a billing failure pauses your event listing.
Why was my listing paused?
Event listings are billed monthly at $2.99/month. If your monthly charge fails — expired card, insufficient funds, or replaced card — your listing is automatically paused. It's hidden from browse results but not deleted.
How will I know?
StoneFjord sends an email notification whenever a billing failure occurs, including the reason and a link to update your payment method.
How to reactivate
Go to My Account → My Listings. You'll see your paused listing. Click the edit icon and follow the prompt to update your payment method. Your listing reactivates immediately.
Will I lose my Promoted status?
No — your Promoted status is preserved when you reactivate. You won't need to re-purchase it.
