How to Manage Orders and Buyers
View incoming orders, update their status, and communicate with buyers.

View incoming orders
Go to My Account → My Sales to see all orders placed for your listings, including buyer details, order amount, and current status.

Update order status
Click any order to view details. Use the status controls to mark orders as Processing, Shipped, or Completed as you fulfil them.

Message the buyer
If you have questions or updates for the buyer, go to your Inbox to send them a message directly.

Issue a refund
If a buyer needs a refund, contact StoneFjord support at support@stonefjord.com with the order details. We'll process the refund and adjust your payout accordingly.
