How to Sell a Local Service

List your service, accept requests, and get paid — all through StoneFjord.

1

Go to Create Listing

Sign in and go to My Account → Create Listing. Select "Service" as your listing type.

2

Choose your service category

Pick the category that best describes your service (e.g. Home & Trade, Wellness, Tech & Digital). Choose a subcategory to help buyers find you.

3

Write your title and description

Your title should clearly state what you offer. Your description should explain exactly what's included, how long it takes, your experience, and your service area.

4

Set your price

Enter your price per hour, per project, or per session. Choose the appropriate price unit from the dropdown. Buyers will see this when browsing.

5

Enable scheduling (optional)

If your service requires a specific time slot, check "Schedule Service". Buyers will see date and time pickers when submitting their request.

6

Add a photo

Upload a photo that represents your service — a portfolio shot, a photo of you working, or a branded image.

7

Pay the one-time listing fee and publish

Service listings require a one-time $0.30 fee via Stripe to publish. This is the only upfront cost. Enter your card details and click "Publish service — $0.30".

8

Review and respond to service requests

When a buyer submits a request, you'll receive an email. Go to My Account → Service Requests to review it. You can accept, decline, or propose a different schedule.

9

Get paid

When you accept a request, the buyer is prompted to pay. Once they complete payment, funds are transferred to your connected bank account automatically.

You're all set!
