How to Buy an Event Ticket
Purchase tickets, understand what you'll receive, and check in at the door.
Find an event
Browse Local Events or search for a specific event. Click any event card to see full details — date, time, location, ticket price, and capacity.
Select your quantity
On the event listing page, use the quantity selector to choose how many tickets you need. The checkout total updates in real time.
Click "Buy tickets"
Click the "Buy tickets" button. You'll be taken to the secure checkout page.
Complete payment
Enter your contact details and card information via Stripe's secure form. Review the total (ticket price + buyer fee) and click "Pay".
You'll receive a ticket confirmation
After payment, StoneFjord emails you a confirmation with your unique ticket number — for example, TKT-A3F9-2026. Keep this email. You can also find your ticket in My Account → Purchases.
Check in at the event
Show the event organizer your ticket number at the door — on your phone or written down. They'll verify it against their guest list. No scanning required.
Lost your confirmation?
Sign in to StoneFjord and go to My Account → Purchases. Your order and ticket number are listed there. You can also search your inbox for "Ticket Confirmed" from StoneFjord.
