How to Contact a Seller

Send a message to any seller or event host before or after purchasing.

Open a listing

Find the listing or event you're interested in and click it to open the detail page.

Scroll to the seller section and click "Message seller" or "Ask the seller". This opens a message form.

Write your question and click Send. The seller will receive a notification and can reply from their inbox.

All messages are in My Account → Inbox. You'll also receive email notifications for new replies.
