How to Check Your Order Status
Track your purchases and understand what each status means.

Go to Purchases
Sign in and go to My Account → Purchases. You'll see all your orders with their current status.

Order statuses explained
New — your order is placed and the seller has been notified. Processing — the seller is preparing your item. Shipped — your item is on its way. Completed — the order is fulfilled.

Contact the seller if needed
If you have questions about your order, use your Inbox to message the seller directly from the order detail page.
